YOUR AGREEMENT

By selecting “I Agree” below, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, including the djaafar.com Privacy Policy, which is implicitly incorporated in these Terms and Conditions.  Access to the djaafar.com website is only authorised if you agree to abide by all applicable laws and to these Terms and Conditions.  Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, you will not be able to access products through the djaafar.com website.  These Terms and Conditions constitute a binding agreement between djaafar.com and you and govern your use of the Website. These Terms and Conditions may be updated or modified by djaafar.com from time to time without notice to you.  By selecting “I Agree” below, you agree to be bound by any amendment to these Terms and Conditions from the date any such amendment is published on the djaafar.com website.

 

WARRANTIES

 

1 - DJAAFAR jewellery

Your DJAAFAR jewellery comes with a 12 months warranty covering material defects and production faults from your date of purchase. We offer 6 months warranty on Gold and Ruthenium plating.

The prerequisite is that you, as the consumer, have purchased the jewellery at an authorised DJAAFAR retailer listed in our stockiest page or at the DJAFARA Online Shop.

Please note that DJAAFAR jewellery purchased from an authorized jeweller can also be returned there providing the items are returned with the receipt.

We will repair your DJAAFAR jewellery within this 12 months warranty period following the date of purchase free of charge. If a repair is not possible or the repair deemed too expensive, we will exchange the jewellery against jewellery of equal value free of charge. The warranty lapses in the event of incorrect use, third-party repairs and careless handling and the warranty does not cover wear-and-tear, wear parts such as leather straps and cotton or synthetic threads, abuse or if the jewellery is damaged, for example during an accident. Please note the special Care instructions for DJAAFAR jewellery.

You can send the defective jewellery back to our Office in Germany by post. Cost of return is the responsibility of the customer. For your own security, we would like to point out that defective jewellery should be returned to us by registered mail or as a parcel with return receipt. We are unable to assume liability for damage, loss or theft during transport.

1 /  ONLINE STORE RETAIL CUSTOMERS 

1-1/ RETAIL CUSTOMERS WITHIN AUSTRALIA

- Pricing  

All prices displayed in our online store can be selected in AUD, USD or EUR and inclusive of GST. GST applies to sales within Australia only. Shipping cost to your delivery address within Australia might be additional and calculated at the checkout. Please check our shipping and return policy section for more details.  

- Minimum Order Quantities 

There are no minimum order quantities for retail customers within Australia

- Placing an order 

We recommend the use of our online store. For customers not wanting to use this facility you are able to contact one of our retailers (see store locator) or contact us directly via email at sales@djaafar.com

- Payments 

A full payment is required to finalise your order at checkout. This will also include GST and shipping cost. We accept PayPal, VISA, MASTERCARD and AMERICAN EXPRESS. Our secured payment is done through Eway or Stripe.

- Lead Times for Forward Orders 

If the item you have selected is not in stock we will receive a request and will get back to you with more information about availability, lead time and deposits terms. A 50% deposit in required to process and secure your order. 

 

1-2 / CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE OF AUSTRALIA  

- Pricing 

All prices displayed in our online store can be selected in AUD, USD or EUR and exclusive of GST. GST does not apply, however a price adjustment of 10% is applied. Shipping cost to your delivery address outside Australia might be additional and calculated at the checkout. Please check our shipping and return policy section for more details. Please be aware that it is your responsibility and obligation to deal with customs when you import goods into your country. Depending where you live a VAT or GST tax might apply to receive the goods. 

- Minimum Order Quantities 

There are no minimum order quantities for retail customers outside of Australia.

- Minimum Order Quantities 

The minimum order value is $1500 AUD ex GST. Your order can be a combination of products of any of our 8 represented brands by DJAAFAR Pty Ltd also T/A Luxury promotion. If your order consists of DJAAFAR jewelry products only, the minimum order value is $1000 ex GST. 

- Placing an Order

The minimum order value is $1000 AUD ex GST or equivalent in EUR or USD. Your order can be a combination of any products of the DJAAFAR range.

Our lead times vary from two to twelve weeks depending on the availability of the products. We will advise the lead times in our quote.  Please note that lead times are subject to change as long as your order has not been placed and secured with a 50% deposit. DJAAFAR Pty Ltd is not liable for delays in cases of events over which DJAAFAR could not be reasonably expected to foresee, or over which they cannot be reasonably expected to be able to exert influence to mitigate the effects of such events.  These events include but are not exclusive to strike, natural disaster, or illegal or misleading actions taken by other companies.

Prices and corporate discounts vary from product and quantities. Please place an enquiry online and we will revert to you with a quote. 10% GST will not be charged for goods delivered to an address outside of Australia. Shipping cost is additional.

- Minimum Order Quantities 

The minimum order value varies from $600 to $1500 ex GST depending on the type of products you order. Your order can be a combination of products of any of our 3 represented brands. Please contact us at sales@djaafar.com with your enquiry for a custom made quote.
